Extra rules for boat rentals without a skipper *I acknowledge that I bear full responsibility for the vessel, its equipment, and all passengers on board. Consequently, a financial deposit ranging from 300 to 500 euros is required. This amount will be held on my credit card as a security measure. Upon the safe return and inspection of the boat, confirming it is in the same condition as prior to departure, the deposit will be fully reimbursed.

I am fully aware of the potential hazards at sea and assume responsibility for any incidents that may occur, including accidents, damage to the vessel, or citations/penalties from the harbor police. I am committed to adhering strictly to navigational rules, and the consumption of alcohol is expressly forbidden for me.Please note, these regulations apply solely to boat rentals without a skipper, intended for customers who wish to navigate the boat themselves. For rentals that include a skipper provided by us, rest assured, there is no cause for concern nor is there a requirement for a money guarantee
